Port Operations emergency plan

Comprehensive internal/external emergency plan for land & water based emergencies.

Bi-national emergency plan for maritime safety & security

BE-NL guideline and template emergency plan for the management of land & water based emergencies in proximity of the Ports of Ghent (BE) and Terneuzen (NL).

Nuclear Emergency Plan

Internal/External emergency plan for the nuclear production site of Tihange (3 reactors) in Belgium.

The planning concept received a "Best Practice" commendation from IAEA.

Nuclear incident Crisis Communications (CCOMM) plan

Integrated multi-layer CCOMM plan for the Belgian nuclear power generator company.

Public Sector Continuity of Operations (COO) Plans

Modular COO plans as part of prepartion for pandemics and/or utility failures.

Coporate Emergency Plan - Oil & Gas

Internal emergency plan for Algerian Oil & Gas group covering a wide array of identified risk, ranging from Industrial activity specific risks, to infectious disease and terrorism.

The project is ongoing and includes training and exercises. The plan is also delivered using proprietary web access tools, making the plan accessible and manageable online.

Emergency Plan - Electricity Blackout

Nation-wide electrical blackout (B/O) plan for high-tension grid operator. The emergency plan covers the electical management, main crisis management processes, liaison with external parties and crisis communication concepts.
